This could not happen without the support of our amazing donors. They give because they want to ensure people of all ages can come to WAG-Qaumajuq and be transformed by the power of art.

Types of planned gifts include:

  • Bequest/Will – A gift stated in your will in the form of a designated amount or percentage of your estate.
  • Gifts of life insurance – A gift that names the Winnipeg Art Gallery as a beneficiary of life insurance policy proceeds.
  • Gifts of stock and securities – A gift of publicly traded shares or securities donated to the Winnipeg Art Gallery not subject to capital gains tax.
  • Gift of art – More than 70% of the WAG-Qaumajuq collection—currently totalling close to 30,000 pieces—is the result of generous donations from people like you.
