Clay, glaze, and related firing costs are included in the class fee.
This class will be held Monday, July 15 – Friday, July 19, from 12:00pm – 3:30pm. Clay works will then be bisque fired. Students will need to return on Friday, July 26 from 1:00pm – 3:30pm to glaze the projects. Pieces will be fired once more, and available for pickup approximately 2-4 weeks later. Pickup date(s) will be emailed to participants when the pieces are ready.
Registration for Summer 2024 classes will open May 29 at noon!

Courtney Davis
Courtney is a passionate artist and visual arts educator who believes visual arts education should be accessible, enjoyable, and engaging for all. She has been teaching young artists for the past 10 years and graduated from Lakehead University (Thunder Bay, ON) in 2019 with her Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts – majoring in Ceramics and Drawing as well as her Bachelor of Education. For the past year and a half, Courtney worked as the Education Coordinator for the Thunder Bay Art Gallery, giving her the opportunity to share her love for art and art history with hundreds of students (K-12) every week. With a background in theatre and a love for all things Impressionism, Courtney looks forward to sharing her knowledge and creativity with everyone.
