This includes a particularly strong collection of works by contemporary artists with a connection to Winnipeg and Manitoba, including Wanda Koop, General Idea, Cliff Eyland, Aganetha Dyck, Janet Werner, Micha Lexier, Karel Funk, Melanie Rocan, Alison Norlen, Jon Pylypchuk, and Marcel Dzama. WAG-Qaumajuq is home to the work of many other significant Canadian contemporary artists, including FASTWÜRMS, Ken Lum, and Stan Douglas, as well as international figures such as Denis Oppenheim, Joan Jonas, Jack Goldstein, Ingrid Calame, and Jonathan Lasker.
