The WAG is located in the heart of Winnipeg, just off Portage Avenue and within walking distance of downtown hotels. The Gallery is entirely wheelchair accessible.
Metered parking is available around the Gallery on Memorial Boulevard, St. Mary Avenue, and Colony Street. You can find parking lots on Colony Street (north of Portage Avenue by University of Winnipeg, and south of Portage Avenue behind Plug In Institute of Contemporary Art); at The Bay parkade across the street from the WAG; and on Good Street behind the Sussex Realty Building.
Downtown BIZ SafeWalk
The Downtown BIZ is available to walk you to and from your car or bus stop, Monday - Sunday, 8am-Midnight (subject to change). Call 204.958.SAFE (7233).
The Winnipeg Art Gallery is located on Treaty No. 1, original lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininiwak, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
WAG Studio (Art Classes)
Access to the WAG Studio building outside of class hours is by appointment only. Please call to book your appointment.

Art for Lunch and weekend drop-in tours are included with Gallery admission. Special tours with artists and curators and group tours are also available. Groups of 50-100 visitors will receive 20% off admission. Groups of 100 or more visitors will receive a 30% discount. One tour guide is required for every 20 people at $50 per guide.
