Northern Grease, 2013 (75 min), Northern Grease follows Tamo Campos, John Muirhead, and Jasper Snow Rosen as they travel in a vegetable oil fueled bus throughout British Columbia and Alberta, on a mission to understand Canadian resource extraction projects, visit industrial towns, interview the people involved with and affected by resource extraction, and learn about some of the problems presented by practices like fracking and Tar Sands extraction. What they discover is a complex landscape, against which environmental stewardship is threatened by misinformation and biased marketing. Skateboarding in Pine Ridge, 2015, Levi’s Skateboarding proudly presents, Skateboarding in Pine Ridge, a documentary directed by Greg Hunt chronicling the skatepark build at Pine Ridge, South Dakota. When the Levi’s team visited the reserve, they saw a community transformed. They found a generation inspired – a group of people championing each other through their collective actions.
