Traditional Hatha yoga originated in India and is a holistic yogic path, including disciplines, physical postures, purification procedures, breathing, and meditation. Join local yoga instructor, Vadi Rajagopal from the Aagna Yoga School to learn about the history and science behind Hatha Yoga and enjoy a class featuring stretching, physical postures (asanas), and breathing exercises including Mudras (hand postures).
