Seared sirloin streak with prawn skewer and garlic white wine jus. Vegan option: baked cauliflower with golden raisins, mint, serrano, and curry vinaigrette.
Caramel chocolate brownie cake with champagne marinated wild berries. Vegan option: flourless chocolate torte with marinated wild berries.
