The "green thread" is the essential plant-person connection. At this free workshop led by expert Cheryl Cohan, you will learn about the healing and creative components of plants. Discover how to use plants, colour, and design to enhance mindfulness through hands-on, sensory-based actions. Taking place on the stunning WAG rooftop, the workshop combines awareness of patterns, colour, beauty, and the innate collective wisdom of plants and people. Introduction by Associate Professor Delia Gavrus on the recent scientific shift to understanding plant consciousness. Space is limited, advance registration required.

Cheryl Cohan, BA, HT, MMFT, is an anthropologist, therapist, horticultural therapist, and environmental land steward. She operates from a biopsychosocialspiritual perspective with reverance for nature and the innate wisdom of both plants and people to effect healing, both personally and globally.
