Community Invited to Free Holiday Party at WAG

Winnipeg, Manitoba, December 6, 2017: The hot chocolate is warming up, cookies are in the oven, and festive crafts are ready to go! The Winnipeg Art Gallery invites you to attend a free Holiday Party, Sunday, December 10. Gather your family and friends together for this annual fun-filled afternoon that is sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

Quick facts:
• The festive free event is Sunday, December 10, 1:00-4:00pm
• Have fun with crafts, music, hot chocolate, and cookies
• Join Filbert the Bear, the lovable mascot from Nutcracker, along with members of Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and enter to win free tickets to this year’s production
• Find one-of-a-kind holiday presents at the Gallery Shop or give the gift of art with a WAG membership
• The WAG is Canada’s oldest civic art gallery and holds the largest public collection of contemporary Inuit art in the world.

Spend time together with family and friends the WAG’s Holiday Party. The atmosphere is so fun and festive. We invite the community to make this joyful event part of their family’s holiday tradition.
