These images are to be used solely for the purpose of news reporting or review. Copyright ownership for artworks embodied in the Gallery’s photographic images may be retained by the artist or other copyright owner. Any use of the images for a purpose that does not fall under the fair dealing provision of the Canadian Copyright Act requires the written authorization of the Winnipeg Art Gallery and may require the authorization of the artist and/or copyright owner.

WAG-Qaumajuq assumes no responsibility for infringement of copyright laws, or improper or illegal use that may arise from the reproduction of images supplied by the Gallery. The image files supplied are not to be retained in any image library, digital databank or similar image storage arrangement.

Please ensure that the images provided are credited as displayed in the image usage document. Image captions are also included in the image file’s meta data.
