Currently on view, Winyan celebrates Lita Fontaine’s experiences of femininity as a Dakota/Anishinaabe/Métis woman, foregrounding love and beauty that exceed struggle. Designed by Heather Castillo and Bramwell Enan, this vibrant catalogue honours the exhibition and career of a beloved Treaty 1 artist. Features contributions from Curator Marie-Anne Redhead, Lee-Ann Martin, and Elder Albert McLeod.
