Stay Close. Laugh Loud. Discover Winnipeg Differently.

A comedy night about local pride, homebody habits, and discovering excitement five minutes from your house. Based on the current exhibit Staycation, comics will share stories about growing up in Winnipeg, staycation holidays, and killing time living in the prairies. This show will be hosted by Barney Morin, Sarah Jane Martin, Kaitlynn Brightnose, Danielle Kayahara and Jeff Gobeil

About the Staycation exhibition:
The title, Staycation, relates to Canada’s current political and economic climate, ongoing tariff disputes, and broader questions about national self-reliance and cultural sovereignty and asks: what does it mean to remain here, to create here, and to see value in the cultural ecosystems that already exist within our borders?
