Activities Include:
- Current Exhibition Education: Learn about the current exhibitions on display including the permanent collection, Winyan featuring artwork by Lita Fontaine, Riopelle: Crossroads in Time, Colour Therapy, and Inuit Sanaugangit: Art Across Time.
- Printmaking Exploration: Learn the fundamentals of printmaking, including block printing. Experiment with various materials to create unique prints on paper, fabric, and more.
- Stamp Design and Creation: Design your own stamps and discover how to transfer your designs onto different surfaces, adding a personal touch to your artwork.
- Sculpture Sessions: Dive into the world of three-dimensional art with sculpture sessions. Explore techniques such as wire sculpture, and found object art, bringing your imaginative ideas to life in tangible forms.
- Mixed Media Projects: Combine printmaking with other artistic mediums such as painting, collage, and assemblage. Create layered artworks that integrate textures, colors, and patterns to express your artistic vision.
