Students will try out a variety of media that may include drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, and printmaking.

Encouraging creativity, projects can be layered, mixed, and occasionally take more than one class to complete.

There will be no classes on May 20.

Cori Jaye Ettienne

Cori Jaye Ettienne is a visual artist, mentor, and teacher from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her artistic practice consists of vibrant surreal, pop-art paintings that she utilizes to spread positive messages to the community. Cori Jaye has been featured on CBC Radio, Global Television and various podcasts speaking about her career as an artist. After attending Ontario College of Art and Design, Cori Jaye returned to Winnipeg and graduated from the Graphic Design program at Red River College. She leverages her background in Graphic Design, Marketing and Digital Media to promote her practice, using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Patreon as catalysts. In addition, Cori Jaye conducts social media literacy workshops geared towards artists and creatives to help share knowledge about the ever-growing online community.
