7:00pm - 9:30pm
Led by Casandra Orantes, a breathwork and sound healing practitioner, and Zac Ironstand, a multidisciplinary artist, this workshop invites participants into a transformative space of guided visualization, meditation, and sound immersion, followed by a hands-on painting session where they can release their emotions, inspirations, or inner chaos onto a black canvas.
Together, let’s unlock the potential of art and sound, bridging tradition and innovation in a space that honors both the seen and unseen.
The session will be structured into two guided meditations and two painting segments, allowing for deep reflection and expression:
Guided Visualization & Meditation
- Casandra will lead participants in a deep, intentional meditation incorporating breathwork and visualization, inviting them to tap into their emotions, creativity, and inner landscapes.
- Crystal sound bowls will be used to enhance relaxation and open pathways for creative expression.
Interactive Painting Session
- Zac will introduce an expressive painting exercise on black-painted canvases, allowing participants to release what arises from the sound and meditation experience.
- Participants will explore emotions, inspiration, and personal narratives through color, texture, and movement on the canvas.
Breakout Structure: Two Meditations & Two Art Sessions
- The session will be structured into two cycles, allowing participants to alternate between meditation and painting, deepening their connection to both practices.
Closing Reflection & Sharing
- A gentle wind-down, where participants can share insights, emotions, and reflections in an open and supportive space.
