Begins at 6pm
After a year-long hiatus, the WAG’s premier fundraising gala returns, benefiting young people in our community.

Last year, more than 20,000 kids experienced online and in-person visits to the WAG thanks to the Gallery Ball. We were unable to host the event in 2020 due to the pandemic and we need your help now more than ever to deliver curriculum-based programs that inspire students through the power of art.

In honour of the Inuit art centre opening, this year’s event is named the Qaumajuq Ball. We plan to host the event in person, but are prepared to go virtual closer to the date as per health directives. Your evening will include a gourmet meal, a fabulous auction, lush flowers, live entertainment, and artistic and architectural highlights of Qaumajuq.

With your support, the Ball will fund critical programming that activates Qaumajuq’s innovative new spaces: from Ilipvik, the smart classroom increasing our capacity for virtual experiences, to the purpose-built art-making studios on the WAG penthouse.
