Presented by The FLASH Photographic Festival, join us for a screening of All the Beauty and the Bloodshed by Laura Poitras.

The 2025 FLASH Photographic Festival is the festival’s most ambitious to date, and is taking place during the month of April in venues across Manitoba. Over 50 exhibitions—all focusing on photography—will be on display in Winnipeg, Brandon, and a dozen rural art galleries. Other events include panel discussions, workshops, artist’s talks, and film screenings like this one!

Directed by Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Laura Poitras, All the Beauty and the Bloodshed is an epic, emotional and interconnected story about internationally renowned artist and activist Nan Goldin told through her slideshows, intimate interviews, ground-breaking photography, and rare footage of her personal fight to hold the Sackler family accountable for the overdose crisis. —Rotten Tomatoes
