Fiber Art encompasses multiple forms of textile arts, including weaving, sewing, printing, embroidery, and more!

Students will develop a variety of skills to help them create one-of-kind pieces utilizing hand sewing, machine sewing, and mixed media techniques. Projects will vary depending on the group, but could include things such as stuffed animals, patches, creative mending, string art, or upcycled clothing!

Some classes may require students to bring old clothing to refashion or reconstruct. Students with their own sewing machine are encouraged to bring it with them for any lessons utilizing machine sewing.

There will be no classes on Feb 16.
