Join us on the second Sunday of every month for free admission to the WAG and more family fun, thanks to Canada Life!

Free Sunday now includes Qaumajuq, an innovative new museum dedicated to Inuit art and culture that’s connected to the WAG on all levels. Discover the 185,000-square-foot cultural campus that is WAG-Qaumajuq, including the stunning Visible Vault showcasing thousands of carvings and much more.

As part of the opening weekend celebrations for Robert Houle: Red is Beautiful, we invite you to see the show for FREE during Free Sunday. This month we’ll also have Nakatamaakewin: Bringing Art To You parked outside the WAG on Memorial Blvd for you to explore. Plus, Musée Ambulant will be here with a set up in Eckhardt Hall with activities for families. Don’t miss this travelling exhibition featuring textile, ceramic, and print works that create bridges between traditions, craft practices and contemporary art, including the prints of five professional and non-professional Inuit artists from Nunavik.

Free public parking is available at the Canada Life parking lot behind 100 Osborne Street North for visitors on Canada Life Free Sundays@WAG. As well, downtown street parking is free Sundays, and several bus routes service Portage Avenue & Colony Street as well as Portage Avenue & Vaughn Street.
